Disputes:

Any dispute or claim related to The Green Box products or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistan. Dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis.

Delivery Policy:

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed for dispatch the next day.
• Orders placed on late weekends (Saturday after 5:00 PM) will be processed for dispatch on Monday evening.
• Shipping address and contact information must be correct. Any delay due to incorrect information is the customer's responsibility.
• We use courier services for standard shipments.
• For specific date delivery (except holidays), place your order at least 48 hours in advance.
• Payments can only be made via Cash on Delivery.
• Please ensure accurate information, especially recipient’s name, valid address, and contact number.

Refund Policy:

Since the products are edible and perishable, customers must check the condition of the products at the time of delivery. There will be no refunds after the order has been received and paid for. In case of an issue with expiry dates, the order should be returned immediately upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can only be canceled before delivery is completed. 100% delivery charges will be applicable on order cancellations once the order has reached the customer.
